Jaffer Brings Supreme Court Experience to Classroom

When Neil Gorsuch was confirmed to the U.S. Supreme Court in early April, he turned to a longtime friend and former clerk, Jamil Jaffer, to help get his office organized and to prepare him for his first three months as a justice. Jaffer, a law professor and founder of Scalia Law’s National Security Institute, returned to his Mason classroom in July with firsthand insights about the current Supreme Court.
